Cydni
As the office manager, Cydni loves getting to know our patients and helping them to get the comprehensive dental care that they need. Originally from a small town in South Louisiana, Cydni has now been a proud Texan for the past several years. She loves experiencing all of the amazing Texas culture and food. She has a Beagle named Tito and a cat named Juju. Cydni loves to travel, read, and do all things fitness!
Sinthia
Originally from Guatemala City, Guatemala, Sinthia has called Texas home for over 44 years. Sinthia has been working in the dental field as a New Patient and Treatment Coordinator for over 17 years. She is experienced in helping patients understand their dental health. Sinthia explains treatment details while making sure patients receive clear answers to all their questions. Sinthia has 2 awesome sons, Joshua and Jacob. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family and friends, as well as attend Texans and Astros games. She also loves to give back to her community by volunteering with the Houston Livestock and Rodeo.
Ashley
Ashley is from a small town in Missouri and has recently set her roots in Texas. She is a Patient Care Coordinator who is new to the dentistry field but has always had a passion for helping others. She loves greeting each and every patient with a comforting smile and helping them in any way she can. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling to new places with her husband.
Erika
Erika is originally from a small town in Ohio and has called Texas home since 2016. She is new to the dental field coming from an event background. Erika has a passion for meeting new people and helping everyone around her. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her 2 sons and Great Dane pup.
Tara
Tara has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Texas School of Dentistry to achieve her career in hygiene. She is trained in myofunctional therapy with IAOM (International Association of Orofacial Myology). Tara is passionate about helping educate patients regarding their airways. Tara is married and enjoys spending time with her 2 sons.
Huy
Huy has worked in the dental field for over 5 years. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in 2015. Huy enjoys sharing his knowledge of overall health with his patients and addressing all concerns during the visit. Practicing good oral hygiene can promote good overall health. Huy is passionate about raising awareness of dental-related sleep apnea with his patients. He has learned a lot by practicing alongside Dr. Kalli Hale, who suspected that he had sleep apnea based on his signs and symptoms. Huy uses his own experience of sleep apnea as a testimonial to his patients. He pays close attention to the signs the teeth show both visually and digitally through x-rays. Huy is married, and together they have a daughter who is his whole world. In his free time, he enjoys videography and photography.
Kelsey
After completing her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at LSU, Kelsey discovered her passion for dental health. Dedicated and driven, she excelled throughout hygiene school, earning the Star Student Award for her cohort and winning first place for her presentation at the Texas Dental Hygiene Annual Conference. Kelsey’s compassion, warm personality, and enthusiasm shine through in her care for patients of all ages, making every visit comfortable and uplifting.
Lilian
Lilian, also known as “Lily”, graduated from Pima Medical Institute. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident while supporting their overall health. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling, attending music festivals, and exploring new experiences that inspire her creativity and connection with others.
Charlene
Charlene has worked in the dental field for more than five years. She received her dental assisting license from Brightwood College in El Paso, TX. She has a strong interest in full mouth reconstruction cases and oral surgery, including implantology. Many patients will meet her during visits with Dr. Garrett Lipsey. Charlene’s long-term goal is to continue expanding her knowledge and skills in all in-office lab repairs and prosthetics.
Haylee
Haylee graduated from Alvin Dental Assisting School. Haylee plans on continuing her education in hygiene. She’s very passionate about helping others. She also loves making patients laugh and smile! In her free time, she loves to fish and craft!
Alexis
Alexis has been in the dental field for over five years. She obtained her dental assisting license from the Academy of General Dentistry. She has training in all aspects of a dental office, from sterilization, restorative, airway, and surgical. Her passion is with implant dentistry and in-office lab repairs. Alexis has worked alongside each of our doctors and loves helping all of her patients she has seen over the years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, anything outdoors, and crafting!
Adriana
Adriana began her dental assisting career in 2021 and has supported many patients on their path toward healthier smiles. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visits. Outside of the office, she enjoys activities related to art and music.
Aylin
Aylin has worked in dentistry for more than six years. She is originally from Plymouth, IN, and recently moved to Texas to begin a new chapter with her fiancée. Aylin received her associate’s degree in applied science and also holds a technical certificate. Her favorite hobbies include reading and playing tennis. She enjoys spending time with her family as often as possible and is excited to be part of the New Teeth dental family.
Eli’Ja
With a passion for patient care and a strong commitment to dentistry, Eli’Ja has dedicated her career to supporting the health and well-being of each patient she meets. Since the beginning of her journey in dentistry, she has found fulfillment in helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles. She is motivated by the reward of seeing individuals regain both their oral health and their self-assurance.
Outside of work, Eli’Ja is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new places and learning about different cultures. She also loves spending time outdoors, especially going on long walks that help her recharge and stay grounded. Curious by nature, she is committed to continuous learning, whether through professional development or discovering new hobbies and interests.
Mariya
Mariya studied surgical technology and received her associate’s degree in science. She worked as a caregiver for about a year before returning to the medical field as a sterile tech. Mariya enjoys making others laugh and spending time with her family and friends.
